If I had to describe Megaport in one word it would be “passion” because it aligns with everything we do. Passionate people, passionate company, passionate product… people are truly invested in working at Megaport. I tell everybody how much I love my job; culture is number one here.
I enjoy working for Megaport because it is truly apparent how much they value work-life balance. I feel I am able to be a mum without feeling penalized for being a parent. Everyone is supportive, friendly and flexible, and has a ‘work hard, play hard’ attitude. It feels more like a family than colleagues; I definitely made the right choice moving to Megaport!
